Settings → Brand. Admin only.
Square Logo
- Select Select Square Logo... and choose an image file.
- Crop and zoom it, then Crop Image & Save.
"Image will be cropped to 160px by 160px." Start with something square and roughly centred.
Hero Image
- Select Select Hero Image... and choose a photo.
- Crop and zoom it, then Crop Image & Save.
"Image will be cropped to 750px by 500px." This is the banner across the top of your store page, so use a wide photo of your food or your shopfront rather than a logo.
The current image for each is shown beside its button.
Check what customers see
The Complete your setup card on the Dashboard shows a storefront preview captioned "This is your storefront as customers see it." — built from these exact two images. If the banner slot there says No banner photo, the upload has not taken.
Product photos
Photos on individual menu items are uploaded in the Menu Builder item editor, at step 3 Images — see Add a product to your menu. They only appear to customers if Display Images is ticked in Menu Builder → Menu Settings.
Menu group images
A group image is added on the group's row in Menu Builder → Groups. The column heading states the constraint: Image (app v3 and kiosk only), and "Must be 350px by 200px PNG or JPG."
Fully branded apps
Your own iOS and Android apps are an upgrade rather than a setting. The Brand tab carries the pitch and a contact us link.
