When six tickets each have a burger on them, what the grill needs to know is "six burgers", not "six tickets". The all-day bar counts identical items across every open order on the screen.
Where to find it
The all-day bar runs across the top of the display and is on by default. It updates as orders arrive and as you bump them.
For the full breakdown, tap the consolidated items button in the sidebar — or press C on a keyboard. This lists every outstanding item with its total.
Choose which items are counted
By default the bar tracks the items a manager has picked, up to 32 of them. To change the list:
- Open Settings → Kitchen → All Day Items. This needs a manager PIN.
- Add an item by name, or by a keyword that matches several — useful for counting every variant of a product together.
- Reorder the list, or switch it to sort automatically.
Turning it off
The bar can be hidden entirely in Settings → Kitchen if the screen is tight for space.
