Completed and rejected orders stay available for the rest of the day. Recall brings one back onto the board.
Recall an order
- Tap the Recall button in the sidebar on the left. On a keyboard, press R.
- Find the order in the list. Completed and rejected orders are both here, most recent first.
- Tap it to bring it back onto the screen.
The order returns to the board at its previous stage and can be worked and bumped again as normal. Orders already in progress are not disturbed.
If the list is empty
No orders to recall today means nothing has been cleared yet today. The list covers the current day only — it is not a full order history. For older orders, look in the back office.
Rejected orders
A rejected order shows the reason it was turned down in red beside it, so you can see why before you bring it back.
